Thank you MapleStory 2!

In January of 2019, a close friend and I decided to try out MapleStory 2 together. We're fans of the original MapleStory and heard great things about MapleStory 2. A few months later, I found myself stumbling into a Discord - too shy, too busy, and too awkward to engage. Just kind of lurking.

However, one thing led to another - mostly thanks to my Blake house servant (I still appreciate Blake to this day) - and for the first time in a long time, I engaged with a community. I made a lot of new friends, applied to my first guild after being a solo player for so long, got dragged to HDs and Raids, and more. Though there were lows, all the highs greatly outweighed them, and I do not regret the time I've spent in this game.

To Kyrios, Cuddles, Lambcook, the devs, and everyone else that made this ride possible - as someone that knows...I can imagine that the decision to close wasn't an easy one. A lot of factors are taken into account when something like this happens, and sometimes there are too many things out of our control. Thank you for your time in making it a great run, and I hope you find success in your future endeavors.

To the guilds I was a part of or that helped me out with clearing and teaching me content - Taste, Hugs, Hanami, Bravery, and Nintendo - thank you for your guidance and for being very welcoming. I'm noob, quiet, and awkward, and I appreciate your patience even if I don't say much. I hope we can keep playing other games together (or maybe I'll catch some of you in other games!).

And to all the friends I've made throughout this game - I love you all. Whether we've talked every day, once in a while, or a couple of times and never again, just know that I appreciate you a lot. I always have a hard time with words - I can't really describe how grateful I am to have or have had all of you in my life, but just know that I'm always rooting for you, no matter where you are. You guys...are the best.
